Own capital
We invest family capital. Decisions are direct, alignment is clear and timing is not dictated by a fund cycle.

We invest as principals.
We do not manage third-party capital, provide investment advice or solicit public investment.
Approach
We concentrate capital where execution matters. Our work begins with a clear investment thesis and extends to the operating agenda, governance, financing and strategic exit.
We invest family capital. Decisions are direct, alignment is clear and timing is not dictated by a fund cycle.
We engage where governance, commercial acceleration, M&A or capital structure can create measurable value.
We work with high-conviction management teams, sponsors and co-investors when roles and objectives are explicit.
